When do gas prices change in New Brunswick?
Every Thursday at 12:01 a.m. The NB Energy and Utilities Board sets new maximum prices each week, effective Thursday morning, so Wednesday night is the time to fill up if an increase is coming. The Board can also trigger an unscheduled mid-week change (an “interrupter”) when world markets move sharply. That happens a handful of times a year.
Why is the price the same at most Fredericton stations?
